Although I requested room cleaning service in the morning, they didn’t do anything. Hence, I called the front desk around 5PM, and then he said it’s busy, so no time to do cleaning. If I didn’t call, I think I couldn’t even get a new towel. Also the homeless people walk around the parking lot and make noises.

Staff went above and beyond for accommodating my mom to stay at ground floor as she has difficulties with going up and down the stairs.
